This unit is about troubleshooting common problem situations. It discusses issues such as: what to do in a first lesson, how to deal with differing student levels, dealing with large classes, helping reluctant students, etc. It is definitely helpful to learn about these common problem situations and be provided ways to deal with them. I can certainly see myself referring to this information many times in my teaching career.
