All of the topics and problems mentioned in this unit are real. We need to be aware of the size of class, level of class, the participation level of the class and many more things outlined in the units. If you have a good mix of activities and try to avoid putting kids on the spot the classes will go smoother. The problem in groups most often is the different levels and there are many ways to try to limit the frustration. Overall, most of these problems can be minimized if you have well structured(ESA) classes, interesting classes where everyone can be a part of it and lastly if the teacher is caring and energetic.
