In unit 15 of this course was all about evaluation and testing for students. There was a list of tests that were detailed in their purposes, when they are given, and why they are given. A lot of the kinds of tests that were mentioned were already familiar to me, such as, progress, placement, and practice tests. I didn't ever refer to the other tests as external exams though. I thought it was interesting the purposes and different kids of external exams such as the ESOL test. I also liked the example materials placed in this lesson. It seems as a very useful tool to have.
