According to this unit learning, I have learned a lot about the subtle relationship beteween a good teacher and a good learner. There is students-centred english club, I work for, which is really care their own services. And I have met lots of embrassed moment before they involved in my classes. Hence, I have to correct my classes characters to help them how they can be a good student before they engage into a real English learning journey,especially the elder adults. Thus, I am able to control my classes for a while , and really earned my good reputation from them.
