Unit 20 basically talks about the common situations to be encountered in the classroom during a lesson that are problematic to teachers of English language, the unit goes ahead to provide ways in dealing with such problems. I have been taken up some large classes for practice and can relate to the problems faced by a teacher therefore i find this unit very useful. I there consider the techniques provided for teaching a large class as an addition to knowledge.
