This unit is about managing classes and provides information about things like how a teacher should interact with students, how to group and arrange student in a class, and how to maintain discipline. This unit is helpful because rather than focusing on the subject to be taught, it provides useful information on being a teacher in general. I found the sections on talk time (TTT and STT) as well as establishing rapport to be particularly interesting.
