From this lesson I feel I have learned the skills it takes to be a an effective teacher. The unit went over the roles of the teacher and briefly described when to switch to each roles and why it could be effective. This unit also helped to understand how to reach out to young and adult learners to make a better learning experience and how to keep each group motivated. In the end of the unit, it described the distinctions between each level of the English language and how to determine what level the student may be on.
