In unit 2 I learned the basics of grammar and parts of speech. I learned a lot more in depth than what I remember learning in school. I never remembered learning about a Gerund, but now I know that a gerund is the noun use of a verb ending in ing. I learned in some depth about nouns, adjectives, adverbs, articles, prepositions, verbs, conjunctions, pronouns and gerunds. With the task sheet I also learned to think of examples of each part of speech and form explanations that I could use during actual teaching.
