From this unit I have learnt that a teacher has to be flexible in his roles, even during one lesson. It was great to get to know the different meanings of the roles and interesting to imagine what kind of activity requires the teacher to take what role. In addition, it was very helpful to learn about the different ages and levels of the learners. Of course you would need to treat adult and young learners differently. But now I have a better idea of what this really means.
