Both of videos show to us a really good example of bad class and good class, and what kind of mistakes we shouldn't do. Teachers in the first class didn't have any contact with students, he even didn't introduce him self and didn't ask students name. He didn't engage students to participate the class and study phase was without any explanation thats why students had confuse and later on he just gave a worksheet at activate phase, it wasn't pair work so students totally lose interest to the class. on the second video we can see how mood of teacher was change, he was smiling and so active and thats effect to class, students were participate and were not afraid to do mistakes. And videos of the second class shows as how work well the ESA lesson plan.
