Unit 5 as the title says is a review of how to manage a classroom. It focuses on the teacher role in the class management. Teacher's role here is to manage not only the class itself ( the room and the students) but also himself/herself and his/her relationship with the student.
What I've learnt in this particular unit is that the relationship student-student and student-teacher are all on the teacher's shoulder and it's up to him/her to make the lesson, the environment and all the knowledge accessible, fair and comfortable for everyone equally.
