This course has taught me that class management is very important for a teacher in order for his teaching methods to be effective. A teacher should establish rapport between him and the students. this would allow them to be more comfortable when answering and less shy when making mistakes. It also allows the teacher to maintain order and discipline to a certain extent. In addition, arranging the class in a certain way, and dividing the students in an effective way will aid them in learning as well.
