unit 20 gave me some advices about how to behave during the first lesson both with new groups and existing groups to establish a rapport between students to students and between students and teacher and about the importance of warmers that are short, fun and communicative activities used at the beginning of the lesson to break the ice and to get the students into english mode. some advices are given also when a teacher has to do with students that have different levels and with large classes.
I've found this course very interesting and useful.
