In this unit I have learned the various ways of referring to the future available in the English language. That is ; our 4 future tenses as well as some adaptations of present tenses and the going to future tense. In the case of of present tenses, the addition of the time element being in the future automatically gives a future scope to the sentence. I have also learned usages for the tenses in question as well as a few fun ways to activate the knowledge in my students. Finally I learned common mistakes and misconceptions with these tenses and the subtle difference in intent between using shall and will.
