This unit not only stresses the importance of the importance of the teacher's ability to lead and discipline while teaching but also stresses the importance of their outward personality toward students. With a boring and unfriendly personality, a teacher will have little to no success in teaching students. Again having had personal experience in many classroom environments as a student myself, I aspire to be similar to a few of my past teachers in terms of how easily they were able to connect with the class and therefore have more success in gaining our attention and teaching us their expertise. I believe this is one of the more important units thus far as it tells us that there are no clear cut instructions on how to be a teacher. Every teacher is different and this unit gives us a few options on how a new teacher may personalize their teaching attitude and environment to ensure success.
