In my personal opinion, there are two very significant learning from this lesson. The first and the far most important is the attitude of the instructor in the classroom. As observed in the first video the rigid teaching style, loud and unclear speech, lack of positive body gestures; all resulted in confused classroom environment that not only compromised the teacher rapport but also the success of the lesson. Another important learning from here is the appropriate lesson structure and content. Unlike the first video, the structure of the second lesson played a crucial role in its success together with the flexible and positive attitude of the instructor.
