During this unit of the course I've learned quite a few things. Firstly on what it takes to be a teacher and all the roles that need to be played to become a successful teacher, as well as learning about all the qualities that make this possible. I also learned about what is required of a student in terms of allowing their learning to advance, and how to read what level each student is at. Knowing about the differences between an adult classroom and one filled with children is something I found quite useful to know and I feel better prepared for either situation knowing about the differences. I found this unit as a useful way to kick start the coursework.
