Some of this unit seemed overly general, while other portions seemed to be a bit too specific, particularly as it relates to the course developers' ideas about structure for classroom teaching skills, not to mention the creators' choices for labels used for various concepts. Perhaps it is only a difference between British (or other) English versus American English, but I do question some of the applications of terms.
