This was an excellent video lesson in which I was able to see various teaching points demonstrated live. I enjoyed the compare and contrast of the two videos very much because it forced me to look at the subtle details of how the instructor engaged the class and conducted both lessons. This unit has taught me the importance of practicing teaching mechanics such as smiling, avoiding pointing, speaking slowly and clearly, and judging the general understanding of the lesson point during class.
