This unit covered a lot of ground regarding classroom organization, control, and other logistics of managing groups of students. There was a review of different types of seating arrangements, grouping configurations for activities, and even gestures and positions for various specific situations. I found the student grouping section helpful by its breaking down the pros and cons in real classroom settings. Rapport and discipline were also discussed, but these are so personal and institution-specific, respectively, that it's hard to provide as much actionable material there.
