This unit is an overview of teaching a new language. It describes three aspects of teaching a new language: vocabulary, grammar and functions. While I believe most people are familiar with the ideas of vocabulary and grammar, the "functions" aspect is something I had not considered previously and is an additional helpful way to think about language. I would have liked a bit more description and some more examples about language functions, however I can certainly do this research myself.
