Much difference can be observed from the 2 video lessons. The first lesson clearly had many faults which none were belonging to the students. The teacher's behavior and preparation for the class made it become less effective. It is important that teachers behave in such a way that will allow students to be more comfortable in a class that will then result in more participation which would then lead to improvement. Organization and preparation are also needed for the class to move more smoothly. As seen in the first video the game towards the end was a total disaster. Whats more the students never knew their true score!
