Lesson planning is an important tool for both experienced and inexperienced teachers as it helps to achieve learning objectives through lesson stages, gives something to refer to during the lesson and records teaching progress. On my opinion, the template of a standard lesson plan that you provided is very useful as it contains all the essential components such as learners objectives, personal aims, language point teaching aids, anticipated problems and so on. These will help me to check if my lesson procedure meets the learning objectives; if I have a strategy to correct mistakes during the class; if all of the required materials and aids are prepared and if I am ready to organize interactions on different stages of the lesson.
