This unit covers teaching productive skills - speaking and writing. Each aspect is covered fully and in detail. The suggestions for different kinds of speaking activities and in which stage of lesson they are appropriate to use are helpful. I wish the writing part of the unit were a bit more detailed, but teaching writing is tricky, because we want students to produce original language there, drilling cannot help with that, so I understand the problem. I like inclusion of games in lessons, they allow learning without students' noticing they do. Unfortunately my school doesn't see them as a learning tool, so I can use them only so much.
