Conditionals and reported speech are not things that I think about as a native English speaker. I have learned these lessons long ago and they are routine at this point in my life, but it is a good refresher. Trying to put this in a lesson plan might be difficult for some ages. This is a very specific and difficult lesson to introduce in theory. I will look into this again and try to incorporate this unit into my future lesson plans.
