I feel I have learned about the needs and sensitivities of beginners. I realize now there are many types of beginners and adaptation is necessary for success. I have learned about monolingual and multilingual classes and their benefits such as monolingual bring students speak the same language and would have the same English issues. Multilingual, English is their lingua franca, so that would be an advantage. I will also only use English as my language while teaching and not use their native language(if I know it) as a crutch.
