The lesson incorporates everything from ESA methodology, lesson planning, the attitude of the teacher, the different techniques of elicitation and so on. After watching the first lesson, I realized how boring and intimidating the lesson can be for the students if there is no proper lesson planning, no demonstration of activities, discouraging attitude of the teacher etc. The second video gave a clear idea about how to elicit information from students in a fun way. Even though the lesson was longer it was much more effective than the first one. In short, the videos explains what to do and what not to do in classroom.
