I have been using a course book as my guide so can deliver continuity and connectivity of the lesson in my class. Although I am not 100 percent in using the coursebook, I believe it is useful mainly in choosing of vocabularies and grammar lesson that fits the level of the students. But sometimes, because of insufficient examples, exercises or activities provided in the book, I also create my materials or get materials from other sources to generate effective class lesson even though I am worried about of I might be overdoing the replacing or supplementing of additional materials. But now, as I have learned things about course and materials in this unit, its pros, and cons, and usages, I could be more creative in my lesson next time without hesitation in choosing and deciding what coursebook or materials I should use, because I know now what is needed to be considered in selecting one. Counting that as one thing I could be, generally, the enumerated factors listed in this unit are necessary information for me that will be added to my knowledge and will make me more confident in this field.
