As a new teacher to the English Language profession, I have had challenges to complete my lesson as planned in my lesson so this chapter was definitely a big help to me. I do plan on following the sample lesson plan in this chapter to help me achieve my goals by using the ESA phase and it will help me to monitor my lessons more effectively and help me to grow and develop my self as an English teacher.
