In this unit I have learned to characterised parts of my speech to their definition, I have made distinctions between different types of nouns, verbs prepositions, adverbs and learned that some word forms are a combination of 2 others or 1 and it's insertion within the context of the sentence structure, such is a gerund. In this unit I believe I have gotten a better grasp of the logic behind the English language that I already am accustomed with, but these distinctions will facilitate me trying to explain the language structure to a second party.
