The relationships between teacher and students are crucially important. The more care, enthusiasm and motivation the teacher gives to the students the more response he/she gets from them, the better the efficiency of the lesson. Also I’ve realized that aside from teaching, teachers perform many different roles throughout the lesson to control, organize, assess, prompt, observe, be model and a resource of the knowledge for his/her students. And while mastering this art, a good teacher should also remember about another important component of the lesson which is his students. I believe that a good teacher should know his/her students - their level of motivation, experiences, cultural assumption, interests and needs to be able to provide them with the most effective lessons.
