This lesson helped construct a lesson plan from material as well as made sure I was able to differentiate ESA phases. I found the questions on the test to be rather contradicting to the whole lesson of being flexible with your lesson plan. Then be tested on a lesson plan that has to be exact... Unless i get everything right my opinion being the student learning this course is that I was just forced to reorder a pre planned lesson plan that could have multiple answers to multiple phases.
