This unit basically focusses on the management of a classroom by pointing out the skill possessed by a teacher with respect to organizing and managing a class, ensuring a friendly and relaxed atmosphere during each stage of a lesson whiles maintaining discipline in the class. in summary, it came to my knowledge that being an extrovert doesn't guarantee one to be a good teacher, same thing applies to an introvert. Being a good teacher therefore relies greatly on one's ability to manage a class effectively.
