As an English teacher to students whose first language is not English, I have had the experience of teaching both children and young adults which I can relate to some of the techniques and problems mentioned in this unit such as class decipline and management. Because I have students who are monolingual I find page 17 very helpful to me. I am still learning and lots of patience is required to be an English teacher. Excellent work in this unit!
