In this unit we went over, some of the common situations that i am to face during my experience as an English teacher, this includes ; the different types of beginners and how to adapt to them as well as business English classes of varying levels, ages and other criteria. I learned that in order to teach properly one must adapt to the needs and wants of the student, a way in between so to speak, where the compromise leads to high level of motivation on the students part as well as digestion of essential language concepts leading to a healthy motivated environment where the students can thrive.
We also went over some pros and cons of mono and multilingual classes as well as some ways to overcome the problems posed by a monolingual class i.e reverting back to their mother tongue
