Great reminders about how to engage and establish rapport with students in order to cultivate a classroom environment conducive to learning and teaching effectively. Although situations may at times present challenges it will pay-off to keep my course units on-hand in order to reflect on and then enforce tried and tested methods to overcome them. Also beneficial will be to have resources that will support students learning and my teaching plan. Keeping in mind that it is better to have more resources in the way of worksheets or activities than to not have enough and leave students feeling frustrated or bored.
