This is the last unit of studying the grammar of English, even though we have seemingly just touched the surface. This unit explained modal auxiliary verbs, the passive voice (one of two voices, the other being active), relative clauses, both defining and non-defining dependent clauses and phrasal verbs. I never had heard the term "phrasal" verbs. I learned the three kinds of phrasal verbs: intransitive, transitive separable and transitive inseparable.
