It is important to try to include all 4 kinds of skills into a lesson, though it is possible to concentrate on some specific skill. Learning reading and listening may be quite difficult for students, so the teacher should carefully choose the text, always concidering the level of students, try to choose interesting topics to get the students motivated, teach pre-text vocabulary so that the text won't be too hard to read or listen.
