It has been beneficial to discuss and picture myself in different teaching scenarios: multilingual students; various beginners; business or professional students; and children/youths. I am feeling confident that I have the knowledge, teaching skills and resources adequate to fulfill a teaching assignment. Teacher attitude and preparedness will often overcome any 'management' issues that may arise in any classroom environment. Although very new to TESOL I will over time and experience continue to develop and personalize these as I gain momentum.
