This unit dealt with the part of grammar having to do with conditionals and changing direct to reported or indirect speech. There were five kinds of conditionals discussed including zero conditionals, first conditionals, second conditionals, third conditionals and mixed conditionals. In discussing the changing of direct to indirect speech, the following changes were made to the tenses of the verbs, the pronouns, and the time.
