After reading through unit 6, I realized how tricky tenses can be, especially to foreigners, and I remembered about learning these tense forms when I was younger. Though they are quite different, I was a bit confused when reading about the differences between past continuous and past perfect continuous and found myself re-reading those sections a few times. So, I can definitely see where this can cause students of English much confusion. I also liked how with each tense, the unit gave tips on how to teach in the Activate stage; for instance, asking students why a final situation had happened can help reinforce past perfect. Overall, I learned a lot from this unit!
