Here Below you can check out the feedback (for one of our units) of one of the 16.000 students that last year took an online course with ITTT!

This unit was a little tricky and will need to be reviewed regularly to ensure I am using past tenses correctly! Although the rules are obvious i.e use of 'past simple' expressions did/didn't and the question 'did'. Although common mistakes arise from the use of did/didn't for questions and negatives and use of irregular verbs can confuse 'present perfect' tense. Past continuous tense use of was/were and verb-ing are used to express an action which began before a specific time and probably continued after it. i.e He was eating dinner. Good exercises to help gain reference points in time are 'detective games and diaries/journals. Emphasis on differentiating between simple and past continuous tense. Past perfect actions are easier to remember as they keep the 'past in the past. While, past perfect continuous' usually have verb-ing which indicates an obvious continuous action. I hope that made sense of the subject - I hope that is making sense on the subject!
