The teachers attitude definitely set the tone for the lesson. Due to the teacher being more engaging, understanding and interested in the students in the second lesson, the students were more engaged and participated more effectively. Letting the students work in pairs helps stimulate conversation in English. It is important to demonstrate or give a specific outline about the activities purpose, so that the students have an idea what is expected from them.
