This unit stimulated my thoughts around the importance of good lesson planning, teacher preparedness and setting up the classroom environment to achieve positive learning outcomes for students in order for them to acquire receptive skills (in this regard reading and listening). It was practical and made sense from a holistic perspective (all senses are involved in the learning process). I am feeling clarity in my ability to structure lessons.
