Unit 6 describes the system of Past Tenses in English (Past Simple, Past Continuous / Progressive, Past Perfect and Past Perfect Continuous). The unit explains differences in structures and usages of the tenses, gives examples for each of them including the three forms - affirmative, negative, interrogative. Also here we can find examples of forming past simple forms of regular and irregular verbs.
