This was good, practical advice for teaching a diverse group of people. It was also helpful to know some troubleshooting questions when dealing with children and adults. I am not planning on teaching younger children, but I have taught children (not english) and a lot of what was discussed in how to manage a classroom and how to provide a stable learning environment was very similar to what I have already encountered.
