in this unit, i have learnt common problem situation. first, it tells us what we should to do and some activities when we have first lessons. next, it gives some suggestion when we have different levels classes, such as use different materials, pair stronger students with weaker one and so on. then, it gives some tips for teaching large classes, such as use worksheets, clarity, pair/group work and so on. at the end, it gives some suggestion how to reluctant students and difficulties with listening texts.
