The unit defines parts of speech, explains their usage and roles.Also here we can find the list of parts of speech, their types and examples(sentence examples are great hence they demonstrate how and where in the sentence a certain part of speech can be used). The only thing which appeared to be unclear and quite confusing is that the unit is called "Parts of speech" but at the same time after giving the example "The police came", "the police" is said to be "the subject". When we talk about parts of speech "the police" should be a collective noun. If we call it "the subject", then we talk about parts of the sentence, not speech.
