This unit covered classroom management. There are many different things to consider in classroom management in order to be effective. The following is important when managing the class: eye contact, gesture, voice, how you group students, how you arrange the classroom, how much time you spend writing at the board, how much individual attention you give students, how much time you as the instructor spend talking vs the students, how you give instruction, and establishing rapport and discipline. All of these things are important and they can all vary depending on your individual class, but there are general guidelines mentioned in this unit which should be followed in order to have good classroom management.
