There is a short and basic overview of the modal verbs( can, must, should, may, might etc) which express obligation, probability, necessity, ability...their formal and informal usage and differences in present/past/future meaning; clauses: independent, dependent and relative, with their defining and non-defining categories, when the 1st one gives some essential information, while the 2nd one- opposite, the addition which can be omitted. Phrasal verbs (transitive, intransitive and transitive inseparable), which have to be taught gradually and naturally, since most of the students seem to have a problem learning them. The last thing being given in this unit is the Passive Voice, where the sentences are focused on what was done rather than who did it. The table of the grammar changes in Active and Passive Voice is also available for our future reference.
